Who We Are
Digital Church in a Box is a ministry AI consulting and implementation practice led by Dr. Tavis Taylor and powered by FAITHai. This page is maintained by our team to explain, in plain language, how information is handled when a church contacts us or engages an implementation.
Information We Collect
When you request a consultation, we collect only what you provide: your name, church name, email address, phone number, approximate church size, and a description of your primary need. Scheduling and payment are handled by third-party providers (our scheduling platform and PayPal), and those providers process that information under their own policies.
How We Use Information
Information is used to schedule and conduct your consultation, to scope and deliver an implementation, and to communicate with you about your engagement. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.
Sensitive Ministry Data
We do not request confidential counseling notes, medical information, financial records, minors' data, passwords, or highly sensitive member records, and we ask churches not to place that information into public AI tools without appropriate safeguards. Establishing those boundaries is part of the implementation itself.
Retention and Requests
Consultation and engagement records are kept only as long as needed for our working relationship and ordinary business records. To ask what we hold, request a correction, or request deletion, email tavis630@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.
