Terms of Service

Digital Church in a Box is a ninety-day implementation partnership. It includes three custom AI assistants, one custom AI ministry agent workflow, and ministry automations, delivered across three phases: Assess, Build, and Implement. It is not software licensing, an AI course, or a template pack.

The implementation investment is $7,500, payable in full or as three payments of $2,500. Payments are processed through PayPal. Additional AI ministry agents, advanced integrations, and ongoing support are scoped separately.

Timely delivery depends on your church providing access to approved content, participation from designated leaders, and decisions on the selected agent workflow during the assessment phase. Your church remains the owner of its content, voice, and member relationships.

All AI-generated content requires appropriate human review before publishing, sending, or acting on ministry, pastoral, theological, or member-facing decisions. AI does not replace prayer, biblical study, pastoral discernment, or the Holy Spirit. The Pastor Remains the Pastor.

Implementations rely on third-party AI platforms and the tools your church already uses. Their availability, pricing, and behavior are outside our control.
